Items may only be returned with proof of purchase and shipping slip within 30 days after receiving the items. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and shopping experience here at Market Square. If, in any way you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund you in full, less our shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be calculated upon check out and should be paid at time of purchase unless otherwise stated. If shipping is not paid at check out the customer will be contacted and responsible for payment.
**Shipping Options:
Shipping "By Value" is the option used for all purchases. Shipping is calculated according to the amount of the purchase. We will use either a local professional moving service or a delivery service such as UPS, FedEx, etc. depending on your location. We will contact you either through email or phone to inform you of the delivery time.
All items available for purchase get ordered directly from the manufacturer after your order is placed. Due to this it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks before your item is received; however, some items may not take as long and could arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Please understand that these items are specially made to fit your needs and that the length of delivery includes the time it takes for the items to be manufactured and shipped.
During holidays orders may not get placed on the date of purchase and shipping will be delayed depending on the manufacturer's hours as well as the shipping provider.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Market Square or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We use this information only to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email.
